The NSPCC’s Underwear Rule or ‘PANTS’ campaign is coming to Liverpool. Launching on 29 June, this joint campaign with Liverpool Safeguarding Children Board and Liverpool City Council, aims to help keep children safe from sexual abuse by helping parents, carers and professionals talk to children in a fun, sensitive and age appropriate way.
