Which Training Course is Right for Me?
The level of training you need depends on your role and the level of contact you have with children and families. All LSCP Training and workforce development activities are targeted at different groups of people dependent on their safeguarding roles and responsibilities.
Please refer to the LSCP Competency Framework 2021-2023 for details about all our training activity and advice on which staff might attend particular courses. Please note, the courses listed within this framework are just examples.
