Review & Audit Insights: Unlocking Lessons to Drive Change
A briefing on learning from reviews and audits to foster continuous improvement.

This 1hr virtual session will be jointly delivered by the LSCP and one of the 3 Key Partners, from Police, ICB & LCC. The briefing will be delivered quarterly to give new updates on the themes coming from local Liverpool Reviews over the previous 3 months. We recommend that you make this session a regular feature in your calendar so you are always up to date with the latest information. No two sessions will be the same. 

Learning objectives;

• Gain a clear understanding of the main themes and key insights from the latest Liverpool reviews, and stay informed with ongoing updates.
• Comprehend the findings from local multi-agency audits and learn how these insights are guiding our plans for meaningful change and continuous improvement.
• Consider how to disseminate key themes and learning within your own organisation for greater impact on professional practice.
