Graded Care Profile 2 Drop In Sessions.

This is an opportunity for practitioners who have been licensed to use the GCP2 Tool to share good practice, discuss any challenges they may be facing and receive peer support from multi-agency colleagues with the opportunity to learn from each other’s experiences. There can be demonstrations of how to use the dedicated GCP2 website and discussions of how GCP2 is making a positive impact both locally and nationally.   At the ‘Drop In’ you will also be able to request specific targeted support such a whole team or one to one training refreshers.
